Refund Policy

DJ Set Studio is operated by Accent Event Group LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we", "us"). This is how trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.
The short version
Seven days free with a card on file. After that it renews automatically at $10/month (or $99.96/year) until you cancel. Cancel anytime and stay active to the end of the period you paid for. If the first charge didn't work out, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it.
1. Free trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required up front. The first charge is made on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
2. Automatic renewal
After the trial, the plan renews automatically at $10 USD/month or $99.96 USD/year until cancelled.
3. Cancelling
Cancel anytime at /account → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of a first charge on request — email support@djsetstudio.com from the address on your account. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Your clips
Everything you made stays on your drive and stays yours, whether or not you're subscribed.
