Is it Mac only?
Mac now — macOS 13 or later on Apple silicon (M1 and newer), about a 190 MB download. Windows is coming; the build pipeline is ready and the release is next. Email us and we'll tell you when it lands.
Does it work with 360° footage?
Yes. DJI Osmo 360 (.osv) and Insta360 (.insv) files load natively and reframe to vertical. Keyframe the camera move yourself, or let it open on you and whip to the crowd on the drop. GoPro .360 and handheld stabilization aren't supported yet.
Does it post for me?
Not directly. It copies the caption and hashtags for you — one tap, paste into TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Scheduling is in beta.
Do you see my footage?
No. Every bit of analysis and rendering happens on your computer. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on our servers. Only the short caption text is sent out, and only when you ask for a caption.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The app checks your subscription each time it opens, so after that it locks at the next open. Your clips are already on your drive — they stay yours.
What's the refund policy?
7-day free trial with a card on file. After the trial the plan renews automatically at $10/month (or $99.96/year) until cancelled. Cancel anytime at /account → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of a first charge on request at support@djsetstudio.com. Full policy.
How long does a set take to analyze?
Roughly a few minutes for a two-hour set on an Apple-silicon Mac. It runs on your machine, so there's no queue and no upload wait.
